Embroidery Projects I Have to Try
Embroidery I love!
The embroidery projects on this page represent the type of needlework I enjoy most. Most of them are colorful, fun and thoughtful and I have to try making them. It's almost as if I have no choice.
I've selected an assortment of embroidery patterns created by some really talented folks on the web. Included is my original embroidery pattern which I'm sharing with you. It's about mean people and you'll see it further down the page.
Isn't this MacNCheese embroidery sweet? You are the Cheese to My Macaroni was stitched by former Flickr user bookwormbethie for her husband. The free pattern was generously provided by Flickr user mindboggld and can be found here.

Mean People Embroidery
This embroidery work shows EXACTLY how I feel about mean people. (Actually I was being nice when I was choosing the wording.) If you'd like to make one of these for someone not so special.....see the free pattern below. Just save the picture to your computer and print the font to a size that works for you.
Trace the wording with carbon paper onto a natural linen type fabric and get your needle and thread ready. I used 3-strands of embroidery floss on this piece.
FREE Embroidery Pattern
I am right handed and I wrote the script with my left hand. Make the font as large or small as you'd like, but I thought this might be an embroidery project YOU'D like to try. ;)
